What is the goal? The main focus here is to learn about your needs - what you are looking for with life coaching and if I can help you with your needs. We also cover a life coaching plan for you. It could be 1 session or it may require a few. It all depends on what you are dealing with.

What is the goal?

The main focus here is to dive deeper into your core issue that you are seeking guidance for - whether it for your self development, work, family, relationship or even if you are just not quite sure.

It is focused on learning about you and working through what you are looking to achieve.

What should I expect?

Bring your whole self. This is a safe space for you to talk and be heard. Remove distractions (phone, email etc.) and let's chat!

Expect a little follow-up task to help you get the best of the session. It could be as simple a self development exercise or a group/individual activity to continue working on your coaching off session.
